Who is STB Collective LLC?
Stacey Taylor Brandon has spent four decades discovering her unique place in the world as a Black woman.Stacey is a connector of people, social worker, educator and racial equity consultant. She has over thirty years working in various capacities in education and spent the past six years as a consultant in the DEIB/Racial Equity space.Utilizing her social work skill set of non-judgment, empathy, and open-mindedness, she honors the unique lived experiences and perspectives of every person.This has enabled her to embrace difficult topics and conversations with humility and grace.
Her newest venture is cultivating JOY spaces for Black women, entitled SISTAHLY BONDS. Believing
JOY
is our birthright,
and a
liberatory practice, Stacey endeavors to empower Black women with the knowledge of this innate gift and fruit of the spirit.

Our Services
STB Collective LLC exists for two purposes. The first purpose is to provide human centered transformational coaching and consulting related to advancing racial equity and racialized healing, The second purpose is to facilitate joy inspired spaces for Black professional women to explore their relationship with joy as a liberatory practice to combat racialized stress and trauma.
